The dissemination opportunities below demonstrate how LFDCS has collaborated with others to share best practices during Fiscal Year 2025–26.

Development of Wellness Committee and Wellness Policy Updates
This collaboration between the Registered Dietitian and Wellness Coordinator at LFDCS and the Nutrition Director at Community Day included sharing best practices to plan the development of a Wellness Committee, and provided insights into what a Wellness Policy should encapture.
Vaping Awareness Committee Family Tool Kit
The Vaping Awareness Committee codeveloped and shared the Family Vaping Awareness Toolkit in the spring of 2026 with both LFDCS families and Community Day Charter School to educate families and the community of the dangers of vaping and how to access support locally and online. This toolkit was shared via email on 5/1/26, and published on the LFDCS website: https://lfdcs.org/vaping-awareness-toolkit
Paraprofessional Training and Coaching
The LFDCS Paraprofessional Coach shared and demonstrated information about WorkKeys assessments with the Lawrence Public Schools (LPS) Test Center Chief Examiner. The dissemination included learning about LFDCS's testing and support model, including registration procedures, payment processing and administration logistics, so that LPS can set up a similar program since they are not currently administering or accepting WorkKeys assessments.
Schoology On-site Visit
Lawrence Public Schools (LPS) requested a site visit to learn more about our use of Schoology. LPS staff visited the morning of 5/20/26 to learn more about how we use Schoology in the classroom, and performed walk-throughs with classes actively using Schoology. The morning concluded with an informational chat and Q&A between members of the LPS team and LFDCS's Digital Instructors and Curriculum Specialists.
"Sharing for Success" Dissemination Fair Attendance
The LFDCS Principal and and a Head of School attended the in-person "Sharing for Success" Dissemination Fair, held on 5/20/26 and sponsored by DESE.
LFDCS leadership attended sessions including guidance on holding difficult conversations, and gathered information for the Grade 8 Civics Projects.
